This Privacy Policy explains how PINGIT LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Snowball Smash (the "Game") on the web or as a mobile app, and when you use snowballsmash.app (the "Site"), including the optional launch waitlist. By playing the Game or submitting your email on the Site you agree to this policy.
You can play without creating an account. If you opt in on the Site, we store your email for launch notices. We process the following:

| Advertising, analytics & attribution identifiers | The app includes advertising and attribution SDKs that are able to read your device's advertising identifier (Android) or request tracking permission (iOS). In the current release, ads and tracking are switched off by a configuration setting we control, so the advertising ID is not actively used for advertising today. We may turn ads on in a future release, including through a remote update that does not require you to install a new app version; if we do, the advertising ID will be collected and shared with our advertising and attribution partners to deliver, measure, and attribute ads, and the App Tracking Transparency prompt will appear on iOS. | AppLovin MAX, Firebase Analytics, Singular |

We do not use this data to build advertising profiles that identify you personally, and we do not sell personal information.
We share data only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf to provide their service. Each maintains its own privacy practices:

Analytics and diagnostic data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted or aggregated, subject to each processor's retention settings. On-device save data persists until you delete the app or clear its data. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to delete them, you unsubscribe, or we no longer need them for launch notices (typically after the Game is live on the relevant store).
Snowball Smash is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We rely on reputable processors that use encryption in transit and industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
